Guaranteed Service Without the Hassle

Simple rules, low fees, and no claims to file, it's that simple! In Guaranteed Standard, we guarantee to deliver your shipment within the standard transit times, If we fail to make the service, we don't bill you and there are no claims to file. In Guaranteed Hour service, we guarantee to deliver your shipment within a minimum one-hour window of your choosing. If we fail to make the service, we don't bill you and there are no claims to file. Our Guaranteed Service offerings are really that simple!

Guaranteed Standard
  • Cost is 25% (1.25 factor) up-charge with $85 minimum.
  • Consignee location must be a location we service with our own equipment and people.

Guaranteed Hour
  • Cost is 45% (1.45 factor) up-charge with $135 minimum
  • Consignee location must be a location we service with our own equipment and people.

Guaranteed Service simple rules
  • Service must be requested on the original bill of lading.
  • Service only applies to locations serviced by Oak Harbor trucks and people, on the standard days of service.
  • Guaranteed Hour must be a minimum one-hour window between 9:00AM - 5:00PM on the standard service day.
  • Guaranteed Hour does not apply to convention or exhibition services, however, in Las Vegas, Guaranteed Standard can be applied.
  • Guaranteed Services do not apply on weekends, holidays, or volume loads.
  • Force majeure does not constitute a failure of service
  • Service is not applicable to Volume and Resid ental loads.
